I had a rather great Monday yesterday. It all started on my way to work around lunch time. I was leaving my apartment and turning onto the main street, which is usually quite busy at 12:30pm due to lunch time hustle and bustle. I noticed that the Gainesville city bus was stopped in the middle of the street with its emergency break lights on. I had a few cars ahead of me so I couldn't see exactly what was going on. Cars started to move around the bus and I was finally able to see what was going on with the parked bus in the middle of the street. Today I write because I will forever say goodbye to my early 20's. I am now stepping up to the plate to bring on a new era, the era of my mid 20s. I was thinking about it last night after smoking a lot of pot (don't judge me people!) and it totally hit me that being alive for 24 years is quite a bit of time! When I was little my 20s seemed forever and a day away. I always wondered what I would be doing in my 20s. Turns out I'm not doing a whole lot, but I have a great job now and I will soon embark on an artistic journey into art school to fine tune my skills to achieve great personal success with my photography.
